With comprehensive experience in real estate and small business management as well as intimate local area knowledge of the entire Upper Valley region, I work to help buyers and sellers of Vermont and New Hampshire property achieve their individual real estate goals.
A Licensed Broker in the States of Vermont and New Hampshire, I am also the Managing Broker overseeing eight Sales Associates in Lang McLaughry Spera's Norwich office.
I hold the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the designation of Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and the National Association of REALTORS® e-PRO certification . I am a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council and a graduate of the Broker's Institute.
I am the current Treasurer and was the President of the Windsor County Board of REALTORS® from 2004 until 2007, am a member of the Vermont Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. I have also served on the Board of Directors as well as the Executive, Finance and Governmental Affairs Committees of the Vermont Association of REALTORS®. In 2206 I was appointed as the Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® to Vermont Representative Peter Welch (D). I was awarded the Windsor County Board of REALTORS® "REALTOR® of the YEAR" AWARD in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
I currently serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of Crossroads Academy, an Independent, co-educational school based upon the academic outline, Core Knowledge Sequence, and on the School's Finance Commitee. I also serve with pleasure on the Board of the Friends of the Children's Hospital at Datmouth (CHaD) and have Co-Chaired to CHaD Ski and Ride Festival, an annual fundraiser for the Hospital. I am also a past president of the Woodstock Rotary Club, and a past District Chairman of Ducks Unlimited South Central Vermont.
I passed the Vermont Salesperson's Examination in 1996, and served as the President and Managing Partner of Macallan Properties, Ltd. a Vermont real estate investment and management company located in Woodstock, Vermont from 1995 until 2004. I joined McLaughry Real Estate (now Lang McLaughry Spera) as a Sales Associate in May of 1999.

As a Certified Buyer's Representative, I provide clients with the tools they require to succeed in acquiring property that suits their wants and needs. I conduct an exhaustive technology-enabled search using a client's specific criteria and help buyers research all aspects of the property and local community. I also work with buyers during the offer and negotiation process and help to coordinate details of the closing to ensure a smooth transaction.
